Dennis is a MA and MPHIL graduate of Columbia University, New York. He is a The Princeton Review Certified Master Trainer. Dennis has been preparing GMAT students for more than a decade. Dennis has lived in the UAE since 2004 and in that time, has helped many Middle East residents to reach the GMAT scoring goals that gain access to top MBA programs worldwide. He is originally from New York City, but he has been teaching in the UAE for over ten years now. His time in the Middle East has broadened his insight into the unique challenges students from this area face on both the testing and admissions fronts. In his classes, he focuses on identifying weak points in students’ decision-making process for both math and verbal based contexts. My approach to teaching is to bring an infectious enthusiasm for learning to the classroom and to focus on strategies and techniques that help make seemingly difficult problems easy to solve. I encourage my students to participate in class so that they remain attentive and carry that energy with them when they go home to study. I am working as a math trainer with TPR from July 2016, I studied mechanical engineering and graduated in 2015. TPR is a very good platform for the students who want to crack entrance exams for different universities. I believe, if you pay full attention in the classroom and complete the homework then you can easily conquer the exams. The techniques, which we use in the classes are very helpful and beneficial for the students to remember the concepts and to solve different types of questions in the exams. Four years ago, I decided to change my career to spend more time developing my key strengths with my passion - teaching. In 2013, I began working at the American University of Kuwait as a General English and IELTS instructor. Gradually, I was put in charge of GMAT courses alongside Developing Corporate Training programs, teaching the likes of Al- Ghanim , Boeing Systems and many governmental bodies. In 2016, I joined the Princeton Review family, and with the support of this world renowned organization, have further refined my skills.
